How to attest Birth Certificate ??

 
 
     Certificate attestation of Birth is to be done in various situation like when a child needs to be taken abroad along with parents, or higher education etc. The main procedure for the certificate authentication is given below,
 
 HRD / HOME Department Attestation is the first step of every attestation process. It is mandatory for all document verification process. In each states HRD attestation process is the same, but name is different across India. like, in Kerala the HRD attestation process is known as Norka.
 
After finishing the HRD attestation process, next step is Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) attestation. MEA is located at New Delhi in India.
