Certificate Attestation for Employment Abroad


       Certificate attestation is the first step in migration, employment, higher education and business in abroad. There is a need of verify your certificates. The authentication of documents is done by first verify from respective state, and then verify from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Finally respective embassy attestation.

State home department attestation has got different names in different states in India. For example Norka in Kerala.  

The certificate authentication procedure consist of three steps. They are
-Authentication from respective state
-Ministry of External Affairs(MEA) verification
-Verification from Embassy of concern country

1.Attestation from respective state
   
      Document verification is needed for doing jobs or higher education in Abroad. The first level of certificate verification is the authentication from respective state. In each state the attestation procedure is same, but name is different. For example:

 -In Delhi: HRD

After the respective state attestation we can go for MEA attestation.

 
       The second step is the MEA attestation. State attested certificate is needed for MEA attestation. MEA stands for Ministry of External Affairs, located at New Delhi. Doing embassy attestation MEA attested certificate is needed.

3.Attestation from Embassy

      After finishing MEA attestation, we can go for embassy attestation. Nobody can directly apply for Embassy attestation. So for doing this contact external agent.

The embassy authentication is important to apply for family visit visa, employment visa, family resident visa, business visit visa or driving license while residing in foreign countries. The necessity for embassy verification arises in our lives from time to time. It is nothing new for all those planning to go abroad for business deals, higher education, employment, migration or travel purpose.
